Our desire is for you to be happy with your purchase. If you aren't, we want to know. We will replace, repair, or refund as necessary. That's our promise. We strive to make all our items with quality, durability, and expertise. If it doesn't measure up to your standards, it doesn't meet ours. Our products are designed to be practical and relatively care free; but attention must be paid to the care instructions included with the item. Variances are normal in some hand made items. All hand sewn items carry a lifetime warranty.
We accept Etsy Direct Checkout with major credit cards, personal check, and money order. Payment is due upon placing order. Payments made by check must clear before order is shipped.
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
Shipping may be provided by Fed Ex or USPS, with effort to ensure the best price. Expedited shipping may be an option for your selection. Your signature may be required for delivery. Prompt notification is appreciated if you do not receive your parcel as expected. International orders: Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
As stated in our Satisfaction Guarantee, any item that does not meet your standards of quality and workmanship will be replaced, refunded, or repaired. Because custom fitting over the internet is not an exact science, it is possible that a custom garment may need further alteration. Please let us know immediately if this is the case. At our discretion, we may complete the alteration at our shop, or recommend to have it altered locally. If we alter it in our shop, we will send you a shipping label to mail the garment to us. If alteration is done by a local tailor, we will reimburse you for the alteration, up to $30. Receipt for the alteration is required. Exchanges can be made for an identical item only (i.e., need different size). Used/worn items may not be returned. Personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective. Returns of non-defective merchandise are accepted within 30 days of receipt but will be subject to 25% restocking fee, and must be returned in original, saleable condition. Shipping charges are not refunded. Some items have a lead time, as they are made to order (custom) or may sell out quickly at the time of your purchase. We make every attempt to disclose accurate lead times, and deliver your order promptly. Due to unforseen difficulties, if your order is not delivered within the timeframe you need it, your return or cancellation will not be subject to the above restocking fees.
